“Alex and the team at Restoranation were very responsive, and helped to deal with a buildup of mold in the bathroom of an apartment which we were renting to a tenant. They did a good job of the mold remediation, and of communicating with us as the landlords and the tenant who lived in the unit. ”

“I had to remove mold from my basement. Yos helped me remove the entire bathroom and other drywalls. He explained to me everything he did and asked me what I wanted to do as he discovered more issues. He gave very honest advice. Yos was very knowledgeable, detailed, and empathetic. He is really personable and a pleasure to engage with. He worked very meticulously and I really felt like he had my best interests at heart. It’s someone I trust and would recommend to anyone. He even threw away some furniture for me even though it wasn’t in the impacted area, asked me when he has to be quiet because of my meetings, and brought up some stuff for me that I needed while he was working. And he paused the job and waited patiently for my other contractors to do their thing. He shows passion for his job, and that’s someone you’d want to hire! ”
