“I had my 20 year old CanaVac Central Vac system stop working and had it diagnosed as a dead motor or control board in the Head unit. Marco came out and confirmed the issue was a dead motor, He took the head unit to their shop and performed the repair. Marco returned about a week later and re-installed the head unit and everything worked and also noticed immediately that it had better suction power. Marco provide a 5 year warranty on the motor. Will call Vacuums Plus again if I have any more issues. Hopefully the central vac works for many more years before needing service again. Thanks for the great service.”
