I came across Falco designs in 2020 for some landscaping work needed in the backyard. Old cabana needed to be torn down and replaced with modern Gazebo. Turned out the existing cement slab needed to be replaced. This was out of scope from the initial quote. Paul offered to quote for the removal and replacement of the slab … A job that would easily add 4 days of work at a time where finding a team to get this done would have been next to impossible. The end result made our yard the envy of our friends and family. The sweat equity required ( half day of jack hammering the existing slab / ordering a cement truck for a half day and endless wheelbarrowing to and from the backyard ) was astonishing. Grit and heart has no price. Both Paul and his team delivered in a manner that exceeded all of my expectations. At a price was beyond fair. Sal and his team are wonderfully skilled with a high attention to detail. Just as important, they are good people. One too many times, you get contractors that you wished you hadn't welcomed into your home. Definitely not the case with Sal's Renovations. From initial estimate, to job completion, they are consummate professionals. Friendly, courteous, and thoughtful. They went above and beyond in the care with which they considered materials for our job, ensuring we had a proper estimate with appropriate attention to details, and in how they handled themselves on a day to day basis in our home. Even though this job in particular was a smaller project, Sal and Arie still dedicated themselves wholeheartedly, working diligently throughout. I hired Vish & his team to install an egress walkout door in my bsmt. In addition his team removed the stairs rebuilt the structure and also installed an egress window. Everything start to finish was fantastic. You get all the information you need from Vish he is very thorough; and he doesn't overload you with unnecessary information but is always happy & willing to answer any questions. I am legalizing my bsmt apt; I hired Vish to complete the exterior work but actually wished I had hired him for the full job because it would likely be completed by now. Vish even offered to come back after my renovation is complete to epoxy paint the exterior entrance way. I will update this review with photos after the everything is complete.
