The experience we had was absolutely terrible! We DO NOT recommend this company. We've spent over $50,000 and still have an incomplete kitchen. We told Dan at Caledon Renovations, from the very beginning, that we needed the renovation completed as quickly as possible to sell and relocate for work. Dan told us that he could complete the work in 4 weeks. On June 3rd, 2024, demolition began on our whole main floor. Once demolition was complete, no one showed up for 2 weeks. We were constantly told there were issues sourcing product, finally, when he showed up with the floor tile, it was not what we had picked but decided to continue anyway to speed up the renovation. It is now August 7th and it still not done. There were several quality issues that were addressed several times and Dan offered to come back to fix these issues for a 3rd time - we declined. The final straw was when we had a subcontractor show up at our house demanding money or he would place a lean on our house. After speaking to this gentleman, we found out that Dan had not paid him and said it was because we owed money - we were paid up to date. When we told Dan we do not want to work with him because of the trouble he has caused, he offered a refund of $1200 for upper kitchen cabinet doors. Even though we were not satisfied with the refund amount, we agreed. We told him to pick up his sign from our home and give us the refund. That was 6 days ago and we've heard nothing from him. Azizi and his team did a fantastic job! I had a huge tile job for my kitchen and solarium but didn’t want to remove my kitchen cabinets. He got it done in budget and in THREE days which was way ahead of schedule. He was also great when I had adjustments or issues, he made it an easy low stress process and I would absolutely hire them again. One tile had an issue a few weeks later and he came back and fixed it no problem. Great service.

I contacted Ramiro after reading all of the amazing reviews from so many satisfied customers. He replied quickly and was so trustworthy and professional. My shower was built 4 years ago and there were very concerning signs. There were cracks in the grout, the caulking was moldy in spots and water had gotten under the tiles on floor and would slowly leak out into the shower area in a couple of spots where the wall meets the floor. Ramiro and his colleague worked diligently to remove all of the old caulking and did a deep disinfecting and cleaning of the entire shower. They sucked out water behind the floor tile and dried the area completely before re-grouting the perimeter of the floor with a high quality matching epoxy grout. The entire shower area including the tiles, fixtures and glass doors were made to look brand new. New caulking was added and the grout was sealed to create a beautiful, leak proof finish. We are so happy with the work done by Ramiro and his partner to do another full shower restoration in our other bathroom. I highly recommend Tigro Tile and Grout Restoration!
