“Eric is a true professional. Eric really took the time to read my posting and asked follow up questions to learn more about the current flooring and layout. The previous owners updated the hallway flooring but didn't extend it into the rooms, leaving a height difference in the transition. In addition to that, my floors were bouncy and squeaky. Eric explained to me what's involved, including the causes and fixes of the subfloor, and suggested options with the logistics of moving furniture from one room to another, helped me to pick the right materials: hardwood to match hallway, and baseboards and shoe mouldings to match existing profiles. Throughout the work, Eric provided ongoing updates, including pictures of the installation progress. Always did what he said he would, always showed up on time and always maintained a friendly and professional attitude. His fine craftsmanship resulted and excellent final results.
