“Joseph is a craftsman. We have hardwood maple floors in a unique caramel colour. We love the floors, but after 20 years of busy family life, with dogs, there were plenty of scratches. When I first spoke with Joseph the first thing I told him was that we had maple floors. He responded that they were his favourite to work with, adding that you had to know what you are doing when working with maple given the unique (strange?) way it absorbs stain. I felt comfortable with him immediately. His approach and manner clearly communicated that he was all about serving the needs of his customers. And, as a bonus, his pricing was the best of the bunch. We expected the floors would be as nice as they were brand new; what we did not expect was that they would be even more beautiful! Joseph enhanced the wood grain, and the colouring was far richer than the original. Wow. Obviously, I highly recommend Joseph. In fact, I think you would be lucky to get him. Thank you Joseph!! ”
