We were very pleased with the work that MMT did to waterproof our basement. I had noticed a mouldy smell in the corner and I contacted Mario because he had received a very high rating and excellent reviews. He responded to my request right away, and arrived very soon after I contacted him. He closely examined our walls and checked to see if the sump pump was working. He took time to clearly explain all the steps for waterproofing the walls in the corner of our basement, and gave us a quote for the job. When we accepted his proposal, he arrived with his employees to explain the work that was required. They lay down long carpets to protect our floors and stairs, and they hung plastic to contain any dust. After removing the drywall, they showed me where the stones were damp. Water had leaked down from a crack on the outside of our house. They worked efficiently and did an excellent job waterproofing our basement from floor to ceiling. The mouldy smell is gone! Highly recommend MMT.

I started TeiJi Carpentry 2 years ago and I've had the privilege of working for the same 2 clients over that time. I'm looking to expand my network. I am a journeyman carpenter of the last 20 years focusing on a wide variety of skills mostly in the finishing/drywall, restoration and renovation sectors. If any repairs are needed whether its from water/fire damage, rough housing, weather, aged materials, pets, moving damage I can repair it back to new. I have most of my experience in baseboard and casing, painting, drywall, mud and tape, insulation, framing, railings, laminate flooring and much more. Just ask. I believe in honesty and integrity so if its a job that I might not have the time to finish by completion date or if I believe another subcontractor with certain skills could do a better job I will absolutely let you know. I can give quotes or do an hourly rate. My hourly rate is 40. My hourly could come down depending on the work (feel free to ask). Great person completed the work 2 hours ahead of time quoted,. He cleaned up the empty boxes and disposed of them for me. He assembled a dining table and 6 chairs.
