Payam and team were absolutely fantastic! Reached out to them for a 25 linear foot fence with 2 gates. They also replaced and re-fitted a downspout which was in the way of where we wanted the fence. The Job was done on schedule and no surprises on costs. Highly recommend and will definitely hire again for other projects.

We hired Urbanscapes to work on the landscaping part of our new home. I am very happy with their service. Ben and Geoff were great. Easy to communicate and were attentive to my requirements. They showed me alot of project photos and gave me a good idea what it would be like if I were to use this material and color over others.They also made some useful suggestions and changed my mind about some of the materials I initially planned to use but were not practical in the long term. My front yard was sunken from the city side walk and they did the raise bed nicely. Ben and Geoff were able to plan and execute the front yard and the result came out to be satisfying. I absolutely loved the stair lighting they installed inside the stair for evening ambiance. They also installed the irrigation system for my yard. Geoff made sure the irrigation cover all the area. The team was really quick and responsive, starting the work in less than an hour after we made contact (same night)! They made sure the work was done to my satisfaction and gave me options on the actual actions.Latest review:Install or replace window frames- - Sukh is professional, personable and did a fabulous job! We had a badly overgrown backyard with English Ivy gone amok. Sukh removed it and now it looks great. He also removed a lot of stumps and branches and cleaned up a lot of weeds as well as garbage. In the front, he removed crabgrass from the flower bed by hand and straightened the edge of the flower garden so we can put in wooden dividers. He moved many rocks from around the garden to around the trees. He dug out two old rotten stumps and trimmed the bushes. It makes me smile to look at our yard now. Randy did a fabulous job. We have a kitchen sink that regularly clogs about every 6-8 months. We had 2 previous plumbers that simply snaked the drain and gave us temporary relief from the problem. Randy had us remove our under sink disposal and re-plumbed the drain and left us with a proper filter basket to prevent waste going down the drain. Its old school for sure - but seems to be just what we needed.
