Steve spent a lot of time on site developing systems to improve worker relations, efficiency, and ensure safe working conditions. Likely because of his large stature and friendly disposition, he quickly earned the nickname The Friendly Giant from many of the people he worked with on the job. In 2010 a newly married Steve moved to Oakville to start a new chapter in his life, fatherhood and entrepreneurship.
