Owner Operator Steve Kemic has been working in the trades industry since 2001. From 2001 to 2010 Steve was the Production Manager for a Toronto based residential construction company overseeing the recruiting, training, safety, and quality control of 40 production employees. Steve spent a lot of time on site developing systems to improve worker relations, efficiency, and ensure safe working conditions. Likely because of his large stature and friendly disposition, he quickly earned the nickname The Friendly Giant from many of the people he worked with on the job. In 2010 a newly married Steve moved to Oakville to start a new chapter in his life, fatherhood and entrepreneurship. It was time to take his experiences and some of the hard lessons he learned to start a business of his own.
