We have had LD Construction renovate our main washroom, kitchen and basement and have been extremely happy every time! Spence was quick to respond to my inquiry the same day and was even able to come on-site and give a rough estimate. He later send a detailed outline of what the work would be and how much it would cost. He was professional very kind and got the job done and where we needed to save cost he was very upfront and honest about it. We had a leak coming from outside into our Cellar which he repaired and installed a insulated door for the cellar room as well as installed a garage door opener. We had a fantastic experience working with Steve from Chuco Electric. From start to finish, he was professional, efficient, and incredibly accommodating. I kept adding small tasks throughout the process, and he never hesitated to take them on — always with a positive attitude and great workmanship. Even toward the end of the job, I added one more last-minute request, and he kindly took care of it without charging extra. That level of care and service really stood out. We had a large maple growing too close to our house and it was showing signs of decay so we called Arboris. Ian was courteous and thorough with his assessment and offered the option to prune the tree to extend its life. We chose to have it removed now. He he took care of applying for the permit.which we got in two days. About 10 days after the permit was provided, his crew took down the tree, We were told we did not need to be home during the work as long as there was access to the yard. When we arrived from work, the yard was completely cleaned up (save the sawdust in the grass) and the only damage we found was to a younger tree we have close by. Daniel does not conduct the estimates or do the work... He does not appear to be a handyman - he does not show up at all. He is more of a General that subs out the work. That is OK but he tries to charge for extras that he does not incur but tradespeople he hires might.
