I’m a hands-on residential contractor with experience taking projects from vacant land to completed homes. I am licensed for septic and well systems and have managed full home builds including site coordination, framing, interior finishes, and final occupancy preparation. I have experience applying for building permits, coordinating drawings, and working with municipalities and inspectors to move projects forward properly. I’ve also pulled ESA permits for residential electrical work completed as an owner and successfully passed inspections.
