I’m a hands-on residential contractor with experience taking projects from vacant land to completed homes. I am licensed for septic and well systems and have managed full home builds including site coordination, framing, interior finishes, and final occupancy preparation. I have experience applying for building permits, coordinating drawings, and working with municipalities and inspectors to move projects forward properly. I’ve completed small-scale residential electrical work such as pot lights, switches, receptacles, and dedicated circuits (15A, 20A, 30A, and 40A) where permitted. While I do not hold a master electrical or plumbing license, I take on small residential jobs, repairs, and upgrades that are appropriate for the scope, and I ensure work is completed in line with code requirements, permits, and inspections. Licensed professionals are brought in when required. I focus on proper preparation, clear communication, and doing things the right way — not shortcuts.
