Asphalt Paving – Install, repair, patch, seal

  • Asphalt paving contractors are a popular choice among many homeowners as they are less expensive than concrete ones even though they cannot be customized much.
  • An asphalt road or driveway also needs asphalt sealing every three to five years. These asphalt repairs are seamless and can ensure the long life of your driveway or paved pathways.

Concrete Driveways & Floors – Install

  • Concrete driveways are extremely durable and popular among homeowners, especially city dwellers. Concrete can also be customized with stamps, stains etc. thus lending a unique look to your driveway. Many people are also opting for a rubberized concrete coating for the driveways to minimize damage to the concrete and make it more durable – your contractor can help you when it comes to choosing these things.

Concrete Flatwork – Repair & Resurface

  • Although concrete is very durable, with severe weather conditions and prolonged use even concrete can be susceptible to cracks and damage. However, concrete repair and resurfacing can set these things right in no time.

Gravel or Loose Fill Paving – Install, Spread or Scrape

  • Many people choose gravel or loose-fill paving for garden pathways and even driveways in cottages. This rustic yet aesthetic look is popular among many homeowners and pairs perfectly with stepping stones in the garden. Many also choose rubber rocks as a safe and durable product.
  • You can also opt for interlocking stone paving from interlocking companies for a natural look on your driveway or pavement.

Tree Ownership and Responsibility

Anonymous user 02/03/2026 - 9:36 AM

Hello We have a tree right in the middle of our lawn that we share with our neighbour (semi detached home). Tree has been owned by the neighbor for 10+ years but all of a sudden, the city came to inspect it and the inspector said the tree belongs to us. How does a tree ownership change without any notice and who has the final word on who is responsible for removing this tree?

How do I attach wooden fence panels to concrete posts without grooves?

Anonymous user 10/11/2025 - 9:55 AM

I'm trying to replace my old wire fence with wooden panels but I want to keep the existing concrete posts. Some additional info: - They don't have grooves to slot panels in. - They don't have holes at the front so I can't just drill through the wood and bolt them on - There are holes on the sides where the wire links through to the next section. - The posts are more boundary markers than proper fence posts. I can't drill new holes. So, is there a way to attach wooden panels with the current setup? What should I look for in a wooden panel to make this work? What kind of screws or bolts would I need? Could I attach something horizontally and then fix the wooden panels to that instead? Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated!
