I want to say a resounding thank you to the ZES group. We live in a condo in Toronto with concrete ceilings, and wanted to hang a new decorative light fixture in a relocated spot. Ali was quick & responsive, and was able to recommend a few different aesthetically pleasing solutions for relocating the light without having to do extensive work to move the junction box in the concrete ceiling. Ali treated our home as though it was his, and left it cleaner than he found it. All in all, I will definitely work with Ali again if I have any electrical requirements - and my highest "test' for a recommendation for any professional is if I would recommend my own Mom use them. We had an old carpet flooring that they came in and peeled the carpet and disposed it. Then they took us to their supplier with almost half the price of Home Depot. We selected the colour we wanted, and they did a very good job installing the floor. Everything is even, and nowhere is making noise,e even though we were expecting some. They even mopped and vacuumed the house and we loved it. We used their services for other jobs since then a recommended them to our friends and family. My mother's stove gas line was disconnected somehow, and carbon dioxide alarm chimed away. Enbridge came and did an assessment, and told us that there was a gas leak. This was very concerning, we had have a certified gas technician come and fix the gas line to the gas stove. Hossein contacted me immediately after posting the job on Homestar, he arrived first thing in the morning to correct the situation. There were some challenges to make the connections, because the line was in the ground, and required breaking the tiles. The work took 2 hours in total, he clean up and asked if we had any further questions.
