We are extremely pleased with the professionalism and attention to detail during the installation of our Gree Split (2 Head) Heat Pump system. The booking of the installation was handled by the Office and they were in constant contact with us as we approached the day of installation. The technicians arrived on time and worked precisely as a team. The workers made sure that any disruption from construction was thoroughly cleaned up. We were repeatedly asked if this location was acceptable being very conscious of appearance in the house. It was like they were working in their own home. We were given instructions on how to use the units and the remote controls and were given a phone number if we were to have any issues. After speaking with the two gentlemen who completed the job and reviewing the detailed breakdown of the invoice, I decided to revise my original review. The invoice turned out to be reasonable, considering the scope of work involved—not only the removal of the shower but also additional plumbing tasks and water pressure monitoring. It's also worth noting that the work was carried out after regular hours, which understandably incurred an additional fee. While I would have appreciated receiving a quotation before the work began, I am overall very satisfied with the quality of service provided. A huge thank you to Jeff. We were in the midst of a renovation and a small leak developed last weekend. This problem was holding up MANY trades people. Peaks roofing had done our roof 11 year ago. This company was purchased by Jeff a few years back . He absolutely was going to honour previous contracts. He showed up this morning with his huge personality and got to work. The leak was fixed BUT... let's not stop there he completely inspected the whole roof for popped nails, any flashing problems etc. What a pleasure to meet such an honourable man.
