Robyn came in promptly when promised to complete the estimate, and came back the next morning to finish the job. She was prompt, friendly, efficient - and did a nice job of cleaning up afterwards. I really appreciated the tracker so we could see precisely when she would arrive so we weren't wondering if and when they would arrive. I also appreciated the opportunity to go and buy the fan I wanted instead of taking the one they would have provided.
