If you haven’t already purchased the materials, and request that we do this, we can take care of this for you. Full Home Check-up: Before leaving your premises, our handyman will offer you a a full home check-up. This is a complimentary service that we offer to all of our customers. You are in no way obliged to accept it. We will review key areas of home maintenance for you and give you an overview that may require attention. Finalizing: As we charge by the hour and have a 2 hour minimum for any work after 2 hours falls under standard rates. If we gave you an estimate, then we stand by that agreed upon estimate and is the amount that will be required for payment of our services. Any additional services will first be agreed upon, and be handled as a separate estimate and any payments required will be separate from the original estimate. I dont shy away from smaller projects though. I do very much enjoy deck builds and exterior finishing like siding/ aluminum work. I take pride in being efficient and staying competitive to meet your budget. I am fully insured. I have been in business for almost 10 years. I take pride in doing my own. This for me means that If I take on a large project for you I will be doing majority of the work. I dont like going under the title of a “general contractor”. In my experience I find that this ushually means the work is being sub contracted out to several people and if the time comes were there is possibly a issue the customer gets more false promises then solutions. I dont want that for my reputation so I stick to what I know and consistently am straight forward to the client. Honesty is key.
