He spent loads of time with us to design our system and explain every little detail (I am the question master lol!). The whole experience was above and beyond professional and helpful.
When it came time for the install, the techs were very kind, professional and worked so hard to complete our job in one day to ensure our home was only disrupted minimally. It was a rainy cold day and they stayed late until the job was finished. They left our place clean and tidy and the work is fantastic.
Angelo assured us that Big Red prefers to do the job once, and do it right and I feel very confident with that promise. We have had the heat pump for a few weeks now and love the change in comfort in our home!
