“Todd quickly identified the issue with my existing furnace, indicating a damaged heat exchanger because of lack of maintenance by previous owners. He checked with the manufacturer if the existing furnace was still under warranty which it was, covering the material only. Options were presented to repair or replace with the associated costs. He answered my many questions showing an excellent understanding of HVAC systems. I decided to go with a new system which was installed over the course of a day. Looks like a great job and we have heat again before the cold weather really hits. I will definitely have Red Seal HVAC services back for ongoing regular maintenance and future installation of an HRV and possible Heat pump. Highly recommended.”
