We recently had our basement renovated after some unexpected water damage, and we honestly couldn't have picked a better team to handle it. With a baby on the way we were already feeling the stress. All Pro Renos really stepped up and made the whole experience as smooth and worry-free as possible. Their attention to detail was amazing and it showed in every aspect of their work. They were extremely thoughtful about our situation, making sure everything stayed on schedule so we'd have one less thing to stress about before the baby arrived. They even went out of their way to set us up with an air filter upstairs keeping the air fresh and clean for my pregnant wife. Every day they tidied up the job site thoroughly and their communication was spot-on through the entire project. They kept us updated every step of the way. Another excellent job by Mike, Michael and crew. They did a partial basement remodel including framing, drywall, electrical, priming of walls and flooring installation of our basement (approximately 1250 sq ft). They also did attic work with installing bathroom vents to the soffit, bathroom fan to our master bathroom and boxing electrical junctions to prepare for blown insulation. They also helped place a support beam for our upstairs balcony to increase safety of the structure. They did a lot of work across our whole home in a timely and professional manner. Mike was able to work with me to coordinate when the insulation crews were going to come in (we had spray foam in the basement and blown in for the attic) and not waste any time between transitions. We've worked with them before and everyone was courteous, respectful of our busy house and kept everything clean after the day was done. We had an our floors (whole house tile and LVT), staircase, popcorn ceiling removal, pot lights (electrical), some plumbing and painting done in our home. Through the process we had some unique situations come up and Rafal and Andrea came to the table with unique solutions that had minimal impact to the overall cost of the project. As messy as projects like this get, the house was tidied daily and any issues we had were addressed along the way and during the post completion walk through. Wagner and his team were excellent to work with. From the initial consultation to the actual work itself, I was impressed with the level of communication, the willingness to share ideas and do his best to give us a great quote and his professionalism throughout the process. Wagner and his team always came exactly when they said they would and did their best to complete things as quickly and as thoroughly as possible. They were here at 8am Monday to Friday and stayed until about 4pm. We have 2 young kids so he brought extra crew with him the first week so that our new floor could get installed more quickly and be less stress on our family. They also cleaned up after themselves every day and left no tools laying around. It was the little things that showed how much his team cared and the thoughtfulness they put into their work. He has great ideas and really felt like a partner in the process. He's great with attention to detail as well as feedback and additional requests. We had our floors changed all throughout the main floor, baseboards, paint, full bathroom overhaul, kitchen cabinets refaced and additional cabinets added, new countertop, backsplash, sink, lighting, light switches, and mantle changed too. The transformation was amazing and he was patient with us and our many questions as we went through the process. We did have some delays with the timing due to our cabinets not being ready in time but with the existing supply chain issues, it was understandable. I'd recommend Wagner and his team 100% and plan to call them again when we do our upstairs. We recently used Master Homes Contracting to renovate two bathrooms. Anton came to the house to discuss the project and offer some advice as to the design aspect of what we were doing. We found him very knowledgeable, he made recommendations as to the layout and gave us a clear idea of what the project would look like when completed. We received a detailed quotation within a few days, numerous options with pricing. With some conversation we were comfortable with the quotation and agreed to move ahead. We were then introduced to Ashley who would be our design contact throughout the project. We had done the usual visits to the home stores and to be honest were a little overwhelmed, we really needed some direction and advice. Ashley made it so easy, she supplied numerous choices, with pricing, for each of the components from tile to taps, and really helped us with every selection, for us, that expertise saved weeks of wandering the aisles trying to figure out what we wanted. Once decided, Ashley ordered everything for us and had it delivered to our house. The crew showed up to start the demo on the agreed date, immediately covered my hardwood hall and stairs to avoid any damage as they removed the debris, they were careful to try to limit the dust as much as possible but by nature its a dusty job. Execution was flawless, we did have to make some decisions as to the waterproofing behind the new shower, Anton gave us three options with and actually recommended the LEAST expensive one for what we needed. We had a vacation planned that happened to fall in the middle of the project. We were so comfortable with Anton and his crew, we gave him a key, they continued working while we were away. The project was completed just as we got back, we were so pleased with the results. Both bathrooms look amazing, certainly exceeding our expectations, they even added undercabinet LED accent lighting, not included in the original quote but they thought we would like it. They were right, it added a whole spa like look to the bathroom. The project was completed a few weeks ago but I held off on my review as I knew there would be some minor call backs, there always are with any reno. The true test of a contractor is how well they handle the call backs. A flickering pot light, a sticky drawer on the vanity, they were there next day, resolved without question, we were very impressed. We did add some extras to the project as it progressed but overall they were on budget per their original quote. As a contractor Master Homes ticked all the boxes. On time, on quote, knew what they were doing, all the assistance we needed, daily updates on the project, immediate attention to the callbacks, and probably the most important factor, Trust. We will use them again for our next project without any hesitation, there are so many horror stories out there it was a pleasure and a relief to find a good honest contractor that goes the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied with the results.
