We are not depended on Sub-trades. Therefore we do not charge Project Management fee. We have dedicated Hvac, Electric and Plumbing Licence companies that work with us all year long. The process starts by preparing a detailed scope of work with PRECISE price and time frame for the entire project. We have numerous Home owners who have become our loyal advocates.
