Had Denis from Groundworks out to complete annual pump maintenance. I knew our back-up battery and pump were nearing the end, and he did a great job explaining all work that would need to be done, my options, pricing, and what the new system would be like. Once he was done, he went over the work and pricing again, and went into greater detail whenever (I think) my face looked a little lost. Great experience.

Ardi came to my residence and looked over the scope of work. He was very informative, professional, and friendly, and talking with him I knew that I would hire there services. I got my quote the same day Which is quite rare as other companies takes days for a response. He sent pictures of previous work they have completed. He Sent all relevant insurance and wcb documents as he said he would. I have to say there work looks outstanding. I am now looking forward to the work to done. This was a relatively small job, but an important one, as the loose vinyl shakes on the gable ends could have completely blown off in the wind. Dave and Andrew responded to my request quickly, giving me a reasonable quote, and then completing the work in a very timely manner. They did a great job, fastening all the loose pieces on both sides of my house.

It was such a relief to have workers who were passionate and knowledgeable about their work. When giving a quote, they were the only ones who actually went onto my roof to view the actual situation. (taking pictures and showing me what would be needed) When we agreed on the project I was given other possibilities that they could cover and had mentioned earlier. They offered a better price than others as they were doing the roof work anyway. And then I asked them about a side job that needed to be done. They did it well and altered plans when there was some confusion about what we talked about. AND DID NOT CHARGE EXTRA. I'm in a lawsuit with another contractor at the moment ("Quality Reno") for exactly the opposite reasons that SDM RESTORATION was so good. SDM was pleasant to have around, fulfilled all promises, did an exceptional job, offered a good warranty and set my mind at ease. This industry is full of land mines with horrible characters. I would endorse SDM fully. (Thanks guys)

VERY HAPPY! Ayman did a wonderful job repairing a large crack in my 40 year old brick wall which had developed due to ground subsidence caused by poor construction practices, when a large new home was built next door. He gave hope after the uncaring and unscrupulous builder had denied any and all responsibility for the problem. Ayman came through with a job well done! Had this wall been left as it was, the problem likely would have become worse, maybe even causing the wall to fall over. I highly recommend A & K Masonry! Ayman is a gem in the building trades!

GSR (lead by Gurdeep) was able to start my project quickly after they gave me the quote. They protected the floors where the ceiling was coming down and make quick work of removing the old drywall ceiling. Quick work with insulation and putting a new ceiling in. They also were amenable to other little fixes, like rerouting some ductwork and giving me a day to run new electrical. They painted and cleaned up too. They were also flexible about working around my absence due to unexpected travel. Very pleasant to work with, high quality workmanship and great customer service.
