All of whom are covered by WSIB. We are not depended on Sub-trades. Therefore we do not charge Project Management fee as all above work is done In-House. We have dedicated Hvac, Electric and Plumbing Licence companies that work with us all year long. The process starts by preparing a detailed scope of work with PRECISE price. Further defining a firm time frame for finishing the entire scope of work. This has allowed us to help over 1100 Home owners who have become our loyal advocates.
