Had Denis from Groundworks out to complete annual pump maintenance. I knew our back-up battery and pump were nearing the end, and he did a great job explaining all work that would need to be done, my options, pricing, and what the new system would be like. We recently acquired a new business (Surface Protective Solutions) and all of it's assets. When doing so, we had to move all of the inventory and equipment from Mequon, Wisconsin to Calgary, Alberta. Given the complexity of where the contents were being stored, a forklift would not have been able to go up and down a ramp over a curb. We contracted Rio Industries and they came with a Bobcat and a forklift attachment for it to help us unload a semi trailer into our warehouse. Carlie and Kellan were amazing to deal with on the booking process, they came prepared with a ramp to move our assets out of the trailer and over the curb, and into the loading bay on the other side of the sidewalk. They put down pylons to direct traffic and handled every pallet with extreme caution. I was amazed at their ability to operate and maneuver in such a tight space. Everything was placed in the building without issue and they were able to work very quickly which was amazing! We were up and running the same day thanks to how efficient they were with the whole process. We're looking to move to a larger location in the future and we won't hesitate to use their services again as we'll need to get everything back out safely. I highly recommend the whole Rio Industries team for a great booking experience and a job well done for anything/everything you may need from their list of services. Thank you!
