“I cannot recommend Sun Mountain (SM) highly enough.
The original plan was to create a door between the basement bedroom and the next door bathroom, prior to a later bathroom renovation. Of all the other builders who looked at it, SM were the only ones to point out that it wasn't possible to have a door where we'd wanted it and to suggest a preferable alternative.
Being thoroughly wowed by their obvious expertise and experience, we ended up asking them to do the whole renovation straight away.
It was a pleasure to have Rob and Tim around the house for two weeks. They were unfailingly professional and personable, and clean and tidy. The quality of their work is exceptionally good and although I am rather on the 'particular' side when it comes to how work is finished, they made me look like an amateur, such is their attention to detail.
In summary: great blokes, with exacting standards and the expertise, the persistence and the motivation to exceed them.
