We initially started with interlocking and asphalt paving, but we are now venturing into other services such as landscaping, pressure washing and sealing, concreting, decks and fences, demolition services and many more. We already have a wide range of service offerings, but we are not satisfied with just these. We are excited about every project that we perform and our possibilities for improvement and additional services are endless. We had two pergolas installed by this company in November 2020. While the installation itself went smoothly, our experience since then has been disappointing. Within four years, parts of two transparent UV-filter roof panels have broken and fallen off. We contacted the company in late 2024, but their responsiveness has been very poor. After multiple follow-ups, they quoted us C$800–1,000 for repairs—without inspecting the damage first. It's still unclear whether this quote covers just the broken sections or a full roof replacement. What’s especially frustrating is that we weren’t given any roofing material options at the time of installation. We later discovered that stronger, thicker polycarbonate sheets are widely available and commonly used. Had we been informed, we would have gladly paid more for better durability. Several friends' similar pergolas are going strong(10+ years) with sturdier sheets used. We expected more transparency and better service from a professional installer.

Wild Rock Services did an extensive retaining wall project at my house. It involved relocating my garden shed with a crane, repositioning the pool equipment and hottub. It required a lot of attention to detail, and Cam thought of everything. I also ended up using him to lay interlock on the newly levelled backyard, and he moved sprinkler lines & laid conduit. He also put up a new vinyl fence to match my neighbours. It looks great now! We had an old front porch(built 1958) that was crumbling and starting to become a real danger. TGM replaced the porch with a new lafitt tandem wall. Project was completed on time, and communicated well with us throughout. When it came to design we left Dylan to do what he thought would work, he noticed our soffits had just been redone and suggested doing a dark border cap that would go nicely with it. When a defect happened with one of the caps, rather than possibly hide it or hope we wouldn't notice, Dylan pointed it out right away and fixed it. Justin & Dylan powered through some of the hottest days of the year cheerfully and efficiently. We've gone from the ugly duckling in the neighbourhood to a front of house of our dreams, we didn't know we could cause such rubber necking! I want to commend Ryan from Valley Green on his skill and honesty. We sought quotes for a cement pad in our yard. I expressed concerns to several contractors about the roots of a very old maple tree and none took issue with my project location. Ryan had the skill to immediately bring up the concern about root damage. He took the time to explain exactly where excavation could occur and not cause harm to the tree. He also said damage would not be apparent for upwards of a year or two. At that point the contractor would be off the hook. We took his advice. That was the only viable location so the project is on hold. He was aware of that and still expressed his honest opinion. Trust and honesty combined with skill are hard traits to find.
