“This is how it should work. An experienced, knowledgeable estimator comes the next day to see and discuss the job, completes the quote on iPad on site, crew starts the next day. When we ran into an issue with re-concreting, which perhaps should have been foreseeable hence my 4/5 score, the estimator stood by his verbal assurances to me, found a solution with special concrete, and the work was completed at the quoted price. Which by the way was a lot less than the quote we had from the small independent guy who wanted us to do the jackhammering. And we got calls every morning telling us what was happening that day. Mr Rooter seems like a well-oiled machine.”
