“Goldwin Construction recently completed a structural project in my basement, replacing an old wooden beam with a steel one and handling all the related work: site prep, demo, installation, framing, drywall, finishing, and coordinating the engineer’s drawings and final sign‑off. He provided a clear and detailed estimate, answered all my questions, and kept me updated throughout the entire project with photos and progress notes—even while I was traveling.
