Anthony and his team at Humblewood turned the house that we bought into a home that we feel happy to live in. Anthony was a great pleasure to work with, and was honest, professional, and personable through the whole process, able to take on all the jobs that needed to be left to the professionals. We are especially happy with the way they removed our popcorn ceilings across the entire house, and with the way he routed our Range hood vent straight out to the exterior. Glenn did a great job at updating our powder room and replacing the toilet and vanity. The job was complicated and took a day longer than anticipated but I really appreciated that he was open and honest with communicating, and honoured the original price quoted. Moved to a new residence, older 1970's build. The garage was once a carport that got paved along with the driveway. Over the years the carport got closed in and a garage door added. Well after 54 years the asphalt was at the end of its life. So the project was to remove all the asphalt from inside the garage and the driveway and replace with concrete. I had difficult time finding contractor's that would do the whole project. Then my neighbour said try K W concrete. So I contacted them and got quick response. The quote was the best i got. The job was quickly scheduled and completed in approx 3 days. This company was great to work with and the workmanship was top notch. Would definitely recommend this company.

RayS Homes saved me in the crazy days after so many basements flooded in Toronto in July 2024. For our flood, my insurance company worked with only two contractors and these were so busy that they took a month and a half to provide an estimate and then would not answer the phone to allow me to offer them the work. So I turned to RayS Homes. Even though very busy themselves, Raymond was extremely responsive and provided me with his own very professional quote within 24 hours. He agreed to start the work within a week and arrived on time to get going. He and his very competent, skilled and agreeable team stuck with the project until it was completed not much more than two weeks later. The quality of work was excellent, the timeliness much appreciated, and the overall experience of dealing with them was superb.
