Julio, Carina and Sebastian are great people who take great pride in their work. They came over to the house a week earlier to help pick out the colours that would enhance the look of the house and the colours that they suggested were perfect. The most recent was a full house design Reno which looked fantastic and the attention to detail was clearly evident in the finished trim and paint . I would frequently visit the house and notice that same attention to detail was also behind the walls where no one else would ever see . This is a true statement of pride of workmanship . After building our home 25 years ago we decided it was time for a full make over. After our initial consultation with Marc and Gary, we knew that LBProjects is who we wanted to take on our project. The consultation was easy, they both listened to what our plans were, made lots of notes and most importantly understood we would have to live in a construction zone. The quote came in and we knew a project like this would take the summer and prepared for it. Marc and Gary were onsite multiple times through the weeks, ensuring things were on track and not afraid to jump in if needed, such as installing a toilet on a Sunday. The trade crews were very professional and polite, The sounds of Anthony singing or whistling through the house daily, made the construction noise bearable :). Our project was done on time, within budget, and handled with the utmost professionalism. We could not have asked for a better experience or company to work with! Tawanda (Handy Wired) proved absolutely capable of any job required...this one....climbing 26 ft up onto my roof to seal my skylight that was showing signs of a leak. Johnny was great to dealing with when he completed 2 jobs for us. One was repairing the walls and painting, including painting the ceiling and the other was removing grass cloth from a bedroom. The grass cloth removal was something no one wanted to do but Johnny took it on no problems and left it like new, with fresh paint and replaced baseboards. He is kind, reliable and considerate.
