Arian and his team helped us renovating two cafes and our home. Needless to say we were happy with the experience! What we appreciate the most is a problem-solving attitude, respectful and reliable team. No matter what happens during construction - you know Arian will find a solution to fix things. Another important thing is good taste - we 100% trusted Arian on suppliers choice and some small things like baseboards design. You know that it will look modern and clean. Very convenient that guys can pick up some appliances from suppliers. Always available for phone call, respect deadlines and generally good people to work with! My mother's stove gas line was disconnected somehow, and carbon dioxide alarm chimed away. Enbridge came and did an assessment, and told us that there was a gas leak. This was very concerning, we had have a certified gas technician come and fix the gas line to the gas stove. Hossein contacted me immediately after posting the job on Homestar, he arrived first thing in the morning to correct the situation. There were some challenges to make the connections, because the line was in the ground, and required breaking the tiles. The work took 2 hours in total, he clean up and asked if we had any further questions. After speaking with the two gentlemen who completed the job and reviewing the detailed breakdown of the invoice, I decided to revise my original review. The invoice turned out to be reasonable, considering the scope of work involved—not only the removal of the shower but also additional plumbing tasks and water pressure monitoring. It's also worth noting that the work was carried out after regular hours, which understandably incurred an additional fee. While I would have appreciated receiving a quotation before the work began, I am overall very satisfied with the quality of service provided. Julian responded quickly with a preliminary estimate and I was able to compare to other estimates. We Choose GHT Design and Build because they were a fair price and had great reviews. Julian quickly responded with a final quote once we worked through the details of our project. The GHT team were all great to work with from demolition to finished product. Including tiling, electrical, foam insulation, and wood flooring. The finished result is exactly as we had hoped for. Project was done efficiently and on budget. No surprises along the way. Julian was flexible with some add-ons we wanted with very reasonable costs for those services (i.e. doing spray form insulation in the basement while the truck was here). We received great service at a reasonable cost and with an exceptional end product. We highly recommend GHT and will definitely use them for our next project! Michael and Daniela
