One thing that really stood out throughout the process was the consistent communication. Mike kept us updated regularly on the projects progress, including scheduling and who would be coming in and out of the house on any given day. It made coordinating everything so much easier, and we never felt left in the dark. Every worker that came to our home was punctual, polite, and professional. They always took great care to be respectful of our space, and when the project was fully complete, the Level Up team ensured our house was cleaned up. Its clear they take pride in their work and in providing an excellent experience for their clients. The basement turned out exactly how we envisioned it beautiful, functional, and high-quality. John and his crew did an excellent job building a basement bathroom which included a 60 X 30 inch MAAX Essence shower and doors, toilet and vanity. They worked very efficiently and completed the job ahead of my estimated timeline. Highly recommended.
