And third, arrange for what you need and when you need it taken care of. Estimate: We can offer our hourly rate of 80.00/hour or we can provide a free estimate of services required. Before getting started, our handyman will review the scope of work with you. We want no surprises, so no work begins until you sign off on the estimate and are satisfied with every aspect of the project. The Project: We will arrive with the tools to do the job. If you haven’t already purchased the materials, and request that we do this, we can take care of this for you. Full Home Check-up: Before leaving your premises, our handyman will offer you a a full home check-up. This is a complimentary service that we offer to all of our customers. Finalizing: As we charge by the hour and have a 2 hour minimum for any work after 2 hours falls under standard rates. If we gave you an estimate, then we stand by that agreed upon estimate and is the amount that will be required for payment of our services. Any additional services will first be agreed upon, and be handled as a separate estimate and any payments required will be separate from the original estimate.
