“My wife and I highly recommend TrueFlame Gas Repair Services! Jeff came out to fix our Majestic fireplace that stopped working a few years ago and I couldn’t be happier with the service. He diagnosed the issue quickly (bad pilot assembly/safety switch, corrosion issues), did a thorough cleaning & replaced the complete pilot assembly, installed a new on/off wall switch that we needed, and gave us important maintenance tips. Everything was tested thoroughly and all safety checks passed with flying colours. The fireplace now works perfectly and looks great! Jeff was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything he was doing. The invoice was clear, no surprises, and the work was completed in one quick visit. Pricing was fair for the quality of parts and expertise.”

“Very happy with the work Nathan and his partner did. Scheduling was easy and Nathan was easy to talk to. He explained everything ahead of time and provided a great quote. They arrived promptly on time, and even though the job took unexpectedly longer and required more work, they still stuck to the original quote. Throughout the process, they kept everything clean and tidy, which is much appreciated. In the end, my fireplace looked better than I've ever seen it. I will definitely recommend Pro Line Heating & Cooling”
