Their quote was detailed with thorough explanation of what the job entailed, additional options to consider (and why), and specific timelines. The details and professionalism provided reassurance we found a quality contractor. The job itself consisted of removing old bricks and installing 2 new window sills (on third level), as well as repairing some concrete at foundation level (parging). The job was well done and job site thoroughly cleaned up post installation. Daniel and entire onsite crew were great to deal with. They were on time, polite, and excellent communicators. The job from start (quote) to finish (payment) was coordinated from their office by Brittany. Rarely, if ever, have I dealt with anyone so responsive and committed to ensuring the customer receives a quality service pre-post and during the job.
