“Our experience w/ Rob @ Vancity Stone Solutions was excellent! We had previously gotten screwed by the corrupt Axeon Marble & Granite in Richmond, BC 3 days before Xmas. Not having countertops would have delayed our reno timeline for multiple weeks because of the Xmas season shutdown. Rob came to our rescue. Within a couple hours of contact on Dec 23, he was at our home taking measurements & confirming details with his team. He had an estimate to us within 24 hours & by Dec 30, he had our quartz material secured from the supplier, fabricated by his team & he installed it personally. If it hadn't been for quartz supplier holiday shutdowns outside his control, we would've had the countertops installed even sooner. His communication was excellent, his pricing & transparency was commendable & the quality of the installation was top notch. Rob was a miracle after a bad experience with another supplier. I will continue to work w/ Rob & recommend him to everyone in the future who needs stone!”
