Hired Pat and his company for undertaking the bulkhead woodwork in my basement. Pat was super responsive, sent out a guy to quote the job and explain the work needed, and was easily available for any questions. Price was fair and the work completed was flawless. The worker Adam was a wonderful individual, professional, clean, and got the job done right and faster than anticipated. We are a full service construction company specializing but not limited to kitchen and bathroom renovations and ceramic tile settling. We can do additions basement finishing or any construction related jobs.
We are very happy with our small bathroom renovation. Erik did an amazing job. As our home is a little older there were many challenges, older plumbing, floor thickness and I'm sure others that he didn't mention, and Erik's experience allowed him to find creative solutions which were also estetically pleasing. Our job grew considerably as we went along and Erik and I worked together to manage the scope and budget. The tiles were installed with precision. I also appreciated that Erik explained things in laymans terms when I had questions. Very dependable and worked well with my schedule as I work from home. We would definitely hire Erik again for future projects.
