Get in touchI have owned my company manufacturing tiny homes on wheels for five years now, so I have a wide range of experience and knowledge in homes and home building. From framing, drywall and paint, bathroom and kitchen renos, to electrical and plumbing, flooring and cabinets, I have had my hands on all of it over the years. Before starting my business in manufacturing, I was in charge of maintenance for an apartment complex near downtown Calgary, overseeing 192 units and their respective buildings. Through this career in housing, I have accumulated a very broad knowledge base about many different trades and professions related to home building and maintenance. Moving forward, I have decided to take all this experience and start another company providing general contracting, household services and repairs. You can see pictures of my work in my portfolio. He is a contractor that brought in workers to complete the work. We met on the first day, and agreed to set work hours (8 to 5) The hours were not met on any of the days. There were days that they showed up as late as 12:30 and would want to work to 7pm. There was a total disrespect of our home, by not covering floor or counters during demolition (until we asked), placing work tools (hammers/pry bars) in our bathroom sink causing damage, leaving patio door open during a rain storm resulting in puddles on our dining room floor, always leaving front door open after repeatedly being asked to keep it closed, used wooden retaining wall as a work bench for soldering pipe which resulted in scorch marks, not securing garbage. There was poor communication between the contractor and us during the renovation. With that being said, the contractor did try and rectify some of the issues that we had.
