We were initially interested a drywall installation after water damage in our powder room. The whole team was professional and maintained communication from start to finish of the project. We had flood damage requiring replacement of drywall, taping, repainting. The flooring and stairs were also replaced as well as the doors and trim. Options were provided throughout to match budget and design choices and the final product matched what was promised. In the end we are very happy with all the work and thankful for the transparency and help along the way. I couldn't be more pleased with the service provided. Akram went above and beyond, and both he and his son are truly exceptional and master craftsman. It is a family business and their pride, detailing and customer service really shines. Their planning efforts, communication, design choices, contractual management and installation was seamless. They are insightful, honest and really care about the work they provide. The custom desk area was exceptional. I had several ppl come in to give me design ideas and quotes for this narrow/small space (which doesn't seem like it from the photo, but trust me - it is neither big nor wide), and designers struggle with this space. Sansil's pricing is competitive and very reasonable. This area of my home was a tension and draining space to be in prior. My whole family now loves this space and we now have bets to see who will work from here :) Thank you for everything!!!!!

Chris estimated right away and completed the job within a couple of days. It was a complicated repair of drywall with old lath and plaster edges and needing lots of plaster on top. Looks better than it ever has!

Moise created a custom designed radiator cover for my living room. I have no issues with the unit - the design is good, the construction is solid, and the workmanship is top notch. Throughout the process, I found Ben and Cara pleasant to deal with (if at times not as quick to respond as one might expect). The reason for my POOR review is simple. When installing the unit, Moise informed me that he would be installing a cleat. However, he failed to ask me for a picture of what was inside the wall before he began to drill, failed to use a stud finder, and even failed to simply walk to the other side of the wall to observe a built in toilet. As a result, his 4 drill into the wall pierced a brand new toilet bladder. While I understand mistakes happen (and he helped to stem the water flow), my frustration is that the company failed to help reimburse me for the re-work to repair the mistake his installation had caused (I suggested I cover the labour, his INSURANCE cover the bladder). I am simply amazed. I paid him in full for his work (that was well done) but had assumed he would help pay for the costly repairs (over 4 figures) that his mistake caused. There was no discussion or debate - simply an impolite no.

Born and raised at the foothills of the Burren Co. Clare Ireland, stone is what I know. This region is known for its limestone and there is plenty of it. Stone is the foundation of my home house, the fences on our farm and the beauty of our land. My first cut at masonry I was about 7. There I was standing alongside my father building a stone wall. Now, one would think this was a fond moment, father teaching his son "the trade". Let me tell you, if I hadn't broken the kitchen window hurling a sliotar through it, I might not be the Mason I am today.

Dan is great to work with. He has excellent skills and the temperament to take direction on if a given job should be completed quickly or if it's worth it to take his time and produce the highest quality results. We started using Dan to fix a few small things but we quickly realized that his work was an excellent value. We hired him to consult on larger jobs and were impressed at how he would give us clear options to do a quick and dirty job where it didn't matter and to spend more time when quality was key.
