Lucas was recommended to me for this project by my realtor as their go to contractor. Lucas was brought on, on short notice due to unforeseen circumstances. Lucas was able to provide a detailed quote outlining the work needed to be done and the approximate time frame to which he could complete said project. The work was done with very few delays due to circumstances out of both party's hands. Any issues brought up with the work (however minimal they were) were dealt with and rectified immediately. Lucas was very responsive to all forms of communication and professional throughout the project. We recently experienced a complicated move, which included removing a fridge from our basement kitchen and delivering it to our rental property. The fridge wouldn’t fit through the doorway, so the team had to disassemble it and also remove our fire-rated basement door to get it out.
