“We had a great experience with this contractor on our water-damaged unit. After taking over from the emergency team, they created a clear plan and followed it through, while also suggesting smart improvements and thoughtful renovation details. Communication was excellent throughout, and their expertise showed in every step of the work. They handled the project as a full general contracting job, including drywall installation, flooring installation, popcorn ceiling removal and flattening, smooth wall painting, and precise finishing details. We were especially impressed with the quality of the floorboarding, the seamless drywall, and the expert installation of recessed LED lighting and LED mirrors, all done with care and precision. The work was completed within the expected timeframe, with strong attention to detail and a high level of professionalism.
