    Restoration & Treatment of Front Porch Deck

    We had Finer Edge assess the deck of our front porch. The porch is a centrepiece of our home made from a Brazilian teak-like hardwood called IPE. This is an exotic wood and we have come to understand that the care and treatment of this wood requires a professional. The former finish was not properly selected and the finish had deteriorated and became unsightly. Finer Edge immediately diagnosed a treatment consisting of sanding and stripping and treatment with an exterior high quality oil based finish. The result is amazing. It is aesthetically pleasing and durable. The work done by Finer Edge was done on time and on budget with skilled and professional staff. We recommend Finer Edge for any project and, in particular, special projects which require skill and expertise.

    Always great service

    Finer edge always does a fantastic job for us! Stripped and stained our garage to match a new door and it looks amazing

    painting of house exterior

    we are very happy with the process to have the exterior of our house painted. The person providing the quote showed up when he said he would. Communication with the company was good. The paint crew was very professional, easy to communicate with and they kept the work site tidy. we would use the company again for interior painting

    Exterior painting

    Great experience. I hired the crew to spray paint the eaves, trim, downspouts and some windows. The painting was high quality and customer service was top-notch.

    Excellent Staining Experience - Can't go wrong with Finer Edge

    Brought in Finer Edge to stain and bring back to life an Ipe deck which had faded after years in the sun. After finding a stretch of dry weather, Attila had arrived and did an incredible job - lightly sanding, prepping and finally applying the stain, the deck looks absolutely incredible. An absolute pleasure working with Atilla, Peter, Luigi and the entire Finer Edge crew from start to finish. Highly recommended!

    Renovation

    recently had my house renovated. I am absolutely so happy I went with this company and recommendation on what needed to be done in my home. I had to completely change the look of kitchen and they helped so much. I got rid of my popcorn ceiling and it changed everything. Thanks so much!

    Stucco removal and painting and restraining exterior woodwirk

    Bill, Shane and their team removed old popcorn ceiling and completely repainted the house for me ahead of us selling it. They did an awesome job, fixed up a couple of extra items along the way and left the house in immaculate condition . This wasthe second time we used Finer Edge and have invited them to do some work at our new house. UPDATE: Peter and his team led by Sokol did another awesome job for us retaining balcony, stairs, pergola, cabana and shed. Sokol and his family (they all help) all worked incredibly hard and Sokol even came round at 8pm to finish off. I can’t say enough about these guys - they’re great!

    Room renovation (painting & wallpapering)

    Entire house painting

    Had an excellent experience with FinerEdge. Once on site they were incredibly responsive both the workers and the project manager. Would have been 10/10 with more responsiveness ahead of the job re notification of the timing and response to e-mails. Absolutely would recommend and use this company again for any painting needs.

    Painted all the trim and tudor gables on our large two storey brick house

    Sanded and washed all the necessary wood trim. Undercoated everything before applying three coats of finished tudor brown high gloss exterior paint. Team of 3 highly skilled outdoor painters worked very quickly and took a little over 5 days to complete the work. The team leader told me he had been working for Finer Edge since 2004 and the other members of the team had also been with the company for a number of years. I can't recommend Finer Edge too highly and would recommend them to anyone, especially people who are particularly fussy about the quality of the workmanship. Painters listened to my wishes as the work progressed and were very obliging in following them.
