    Above and beyond

    Words cannot describe the level of craftsmanship, quality, and sheer service I received from Finer Edge. They have been maintaining my solid, heavy wooden front door for several years now, keeping it protected from the crazy hot beating sun. Just recently needed some small touchups and repairs and I wanted to get them done before the winter. Well, Glen came in and did a phenomenal job of repairing and resurfacing the area in question. The door looks like brand new again--can't believe it. To top it off, they (and in this case, Glen) are courteous, professional, friendly, and genuinely take pride in their work. I mean GENUINE. No sloppy messes, no cutting corners, no substandard products used. Highly recommended and will use again.

    Interior Painting and Wood Door Staining

    Finer Edge is an exceedingly professional operation with a team that works together considerately, mindfully and skillfully. Three years ago they painted our fence and deck as well as the 2nd floor, entrance and stairway (walls, trim and doors) of my home that had just been renovated. They were detail minded, provide a near factory finish and they work clean. An excellent experience with them at the end of a very long renovation. As part of our reno, we installed a wood door that required staining. Glen, is one of few in the industry that can provide this service at a high level. He takes full ownership for the end result and is personally invested in wanting the end product to look beautiful. He was just back to do some corrective work on the same door as we had to switch lock mechanisms and the replacement lock was a different size and revealed discolouring. As small as the job seemed there were a number of considerations to achieving a proper finish and Glen took his time to determine the best path and went to work diligently. The end result is a beautiful finish and our entrance door is once again restored. Many thanks to Shane, Glen and the Finer Edge team.

    Exterior Painting and repairs

    Jeff and Kevin from Finer Edge Painting did some exterior painting on my windows and garage. There were some repairs that were needed and Jeff fixed them to my complete satisfaction. They arrived on time, both were very personable and cleaned everything up when they were finished. I have used Finer Edge Painting for both interior and exterior painting several times over the years and will continue to call them and also recommend them to my friends. They do an excellent job! I have always been very pleased and this time was no exception. Thank you Finer Edge, Jeff and Kevin.

    Main Floor fully painted including the stairwell, Shed repair, Exterior Window Box repaired and painted

    I am very pleased with the work. Everything looks great and the team was professional. All I had to do was clear a few shelves and take the TV off the wall. Everything else was handled by the team Including hanging the pictures and moving the furniture.

    Entire house interior

    Needed entire house interior painted. Was very pleased with management of project and attention to detail. Also appreciated final walk though and had some minor adjustments and they were attended to immediately. Very professional company and my team were polite, neat, conscientious and very good at what they did.

    Outdoor Paint Job

    Confusion re: getting estimate for 'small' outdoor paint job. However, once I got the estimate, the person they sent "Glen" was very good. He went over and beyond and I appreciate what he did for me. I would recommend Glen without reservation.

    Excellent Company to work with

    We had a fibreglass door that was badly in need of restaining. Luckily found Finer Edge .... very professional...Colin was excellent to deal with from a quote/ explanation stance. Glen’s staining of the door was outstanding...meticulous ...a true gem!! We are “customers for life” Thank you Finer Edge!

    Outside windows,doors and stucco

    Stucco needed sanding before painting and new windows primed and painted doors also required prep due to damage

    House painted

    I contacted Fineredge painting to get estimate as this company is very popular in our area. Owner came within a couple days , provided a reasonable quote , and was able to meet my request for having the work completed within the week. We were extremely happy they could accommodate us. Painters were clean , professional , timely as agreed, and very experienced skilled painters. The house looks awesome and we would recommend this company without hesitation,

    Indoor and Outdoor Painting

    I found Finer Edge after reading positive reviews of them on Homestars, and I was not the least bit disappointed. They were responsive, efficient, and they did a great job. I highly recommend them.
