Luigi was my project manager and he was incredibly responsive and easy to work with from the get go. He gave me quotes and updated them as I changed my mind multiple times, all of which went effortlessly. He did a site visit and brought fan decks to help us decide on colour choices and was super patient in the entire process as I added rooms, added colours, and generally was indecisive!
We had our entire house painted in 2 days. The painting team was professional, kind, punctual, and extremely fast. I was able to work from home and have multiple phone calls and meetings without having my work day impacted in any way. The team updated me on their progress, took great care protecting my furniture and house, and tidied up afterwards. I think the house was actually cleaner after they painted and left than when they started! I didn't feel like I had to watch them to do a good job and I felt comfortable enough to even leave the house with them there, which was a definite first compared to other people I've had working on the house before.
I've never had such an easy painting and general working with contractors experience. The paint didn't smell, the process was smooth, easy, and barely impacted our day to day life.
I would highly recommend Finer Edge to my neighbours, friends, and family. It was well worth the price to have the paint, the actual labor, and all the hassle in between taken care of. I don't think I'll ever paint my own walls again and will definitely hire them to do exteriors down the road!
