    Painting and Repairing Problem Walls

    I would highly recommend Finer Edge, who I selected based on previous reviews, their size and length of time in business. The walls on the room to be painted were in pretty bad shape and required some skill in plastering to smooth them out, as well as scraping off years of old paint. Everything went very smoothly and professionally, from my first call with Bonnie, Bill’s visit to our home to provide a quote, Luigi’s coordinating and setting up his team for a very prompt start time and Robert and Doug’s great work and skill on plastering and smoothing some very uneven walls. Robert finished up on his own with a beautiful paint job. The walls look amazing, they look almost like new drywall. I also thank Robert and Doug for their neatness, they cleaned up each day, so you would hardly know they had been there. They were very easy going and pleasant to work with. I am very pleased with Finer Edge, and I see why many people are repeat customers, and we will certainly be in touch for some future painting projects as well. Thanks again to Bill, Luigi, Robert and Doug for a great job. Well done!

    Painting and restoration of a historic Victorian townhouse

    Shane and his team meticulously prepared and repainted the entire interior of our 120 year old 3 story Victorian home. Their attention to detail was amazing. Their team very carefully removed valuable artworks, and furniture and then returned them in position after their painting was done. They were in contact every day with status reports, and to ensure that the appropriate level of care was taken. They were exceptional to work with, and honoured their quotation. Thank you!

    Outstanding workmanship

    Shane's team completed an outstanding job on our century old home. The walls are linen over plaster which was separating plus a lot of cracks which were fixed and painted to perfection. Our teenage daughter's room was a mess with sticky poster residue and pin holes - all patched up and painted. Touch ups done on some patches where we had the wiring upgraded. Everything looks great! completed on time and on budget! Highly recommend FinerEdge Painters.

    Full Basement painting

    Although we had a few paint contractors quote, for the third time in four years, we chose Finer Edge Painting for a major paint job. Pricing was comparable to other companies, and the quality of the job was, once again, flawless. Tunay (lead painter) and his helper were prompt, neat, friendly and very skilled. Damaged areas to some walls are now impossible to find, as the repairs are just that perfect. Area manager Luigi was flexible with scheduling, options and helpful recommending colours. Job completed as quoted. Thanks again.

    Speed and Efficiency

    Luigi and his team did a great job of giving my new apartment, life and drama, with speed and efficiency. The second time I have used finder edge - they are now my go to paint company. Luigi and his team did a great job of giving my new apartment some life and drama. Excellent job done with skill and efficiency.

    Condo Unit Painting

    We hired Finer Edge just based on Home Stars good reviews. We had them painted walls, trims, doors and closets in our condo unit. We were in for a surprise. Our unit now looks brand new. They were perfectionist and attentive to details. Luigi, Jeff and team, thanks for a job well done.

    Sun Room Makeover

    The sun room in our house had been used as a smallbedroom for my son. When he moved out last October, we decided to redecorate it and turn it into a sitting room. We engaged Finer Edge to do the job since we have used them extensively over the years and know they do a great job. Wallpaper had to be stripped off one wall, some cracks and holes filled, and then the whole room painted. Since there were bookshelves built into the wall and door, this was a very fiddly job. Doug was assigned to do the job. He is a hard worker and is absolutely excellent. He completed the work in a little over three days. Thanks to Finer Edge we are extermely happy with our "new" sun room.

    First floor paint project

    I'm posting a review for 2 projects. The first was a long time ago and it consisted with the entire main floor. Finer Edge did a fantastic job and completed the work over a weekend, including all the trim. The second part was the paining of my living room. Again: arrived on time. One day prep and the second day they were done by 2pm. I love the new colour in my living room. Thanks again Bill and Gord. Mike

    painting

    Had Finer Edge in to do some painting and as usual Jeff and his team did a great job. In and out in two days with minimal interuption. So unusual these days with contractors.

    Wallpaper in Powder Room

    My entire experience with Gordon, Derek and Scott at Finer Edge was excellent. They responded promptly, showed up on-time everytime and did excellent work at a fair price. I've already recommended them to my neighbour and will use them again for my next project.
