    Bye bye raccoons

    Raccoons y der my deck were evicted! The team at Gates Wildlife control was prompt, courteous and helpful. And the raccoons were gone! They came back the following week and verified that raccoons were not present, and they have to returned since. Thank you!

    Wildlife Control

    My next door neighbour whom I share an exterior wall with was having issues with squirrels in her attick and Gates Wildlife Control was called and Nick arrived the next day to do a full inspection. Nick was pleasant and courteous, listened well to my neighbours concerns and explained what he will be doing step by step, first for the inspection via our roof-top, came back down to give the assessment with pictures to show point of entry and damage made by the squirrels. Once the work was approved Nick completed the job in a timely manner to seal the opening at the entry point and place exit door. Nick also noted that the squirrels had chewed-up my neighbours vents on the roof top, thus he installed netting to prevent further damage to them. While on the roof-top Nick had done a quick inspection of ours as well and thankfully found no issues or chewed-up vents. However after further discussion with Nick and getting a reasonable quote, we decided to be proactive and have screens installed on our roof-top vents as well to prevent future damage by the pesky squirrels. Nick completed our neighbour's job and did ours as well in a timely and professional manner. As promised Nick returned to my neighbours home to remove the exit door the week after and now there are no more squirrels in the neighbour's attick! We would highly recommend Gates Wildlife Control and use them again if needed!

    Frequent critter discount

    We've been using AAA Gates Wildlife Control for years. They are the only people I would call. Quick, reliable, efficient, reasonably priced, and nice people. I don't hesitate to recommend them. (they give us a frequent critter discount as living in Leslieville we are regularly dealing with raccoons, skunks and this time squirrels looking to nest in our eaves. Last time a skunk died under our garden shed. Nuff said.

    Wildlife removal and protection

    No one wants animals having access to their home and Gates Wildlife was terrific in assessing the problem, scheduling an appointment, courteous confirmations and excellent services delivered.

    Wildlife Control

    Noticed that we had bats coming in through the siding of our house. Called Gates Wildlife, and Nick showed up to evaluate the situation and resolve the issue. He was professional, knowledgeable and patient in explaining all the possible wildlife issues we had, and the options and process of removing wildlife and preventing re-entry. Exit doors were installed for bats to exit, then he returned in a couple of weeks to check, remove and seal gaps. Would 100% recommend their service.

    Noises in the ceiling

    We have used Gates Wildlife in the past. Their services have always met our expectations. Attention to detail is always thorough and full explanation is always provided. Charges are according what's quoted beforehand. Technicians also show up on time and complete the work in a timely fashion.

    Great response

    I called Gates Wildlife after I discovered that raccoons had pull away the siding off my house's second story from the roof of the attached garage. Nick showed up in under two hours to look at the situation. He determined that yes it was a raccoon and that it ripped a bit of the exterior drywall as well but there was not enough space for a raccoon to be still in there. It must have given up on that location for an entry point. Nick pushed everything back into place. I told him that since the siding was fairly new, I would get the original installer to execute the repairs. Nick did provide an estimate for the repairs anyway. He also included optionally adding screens to the various roof vents in case the raccoon should return. Overall, great, courteous and knowledgeable service. I will definitely call them again should the raccoons return.

    Small animals noise in the attic

    Nick came to inspect the attic and found no holes big enough for Squirrels or bigger animals. He has taken and sent me some pictures. A possibility of mice which is not their expertise. No charge for the inspection. He even put screen on the small hole. 100% satisfied with his services.

    Red squirrel in the attic!

    I emailed AAA Gates' Wildlife Control late at night, after hearing something running around and chewing on things on the attic. I asked for an appointment the next morning, and amazingly their Customer Care Centre was able to book a technician to come investigate for the requested day and time. Pete came by right on time, quickly did a thorough inspection and confirmed an entry point. He gave me a quote, detailing all the work that was needed. It is an old house, so there were a lot of places that needed to be sealed up to be sure that nothing could get in. Huge thanks to Jennifer in the office - so quick and friendly, she was able to get the work booked for the next morning, and even helped me apply a little coupon to the invoice. Pete arrived on time again, worked so fast and did a beautiful job. He even cleaned out a little section on the gutter for me with a mini tree growing out of it, while he was up there! Pete even came out to my top deck and sealed up a couple holes out there. He came back a couple days later to check and remove the one way door, and assured me that if I heard anything else, I could just contact the office and he would be back. Such a short turnaround from hearing a noise in the attic to having the work done! I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again for any wildlife removal, and I would ask for Pete.
