    Outstanding Customer Service

    We heard noises in our attic - due to personal circumstances we needed it looked at right away. We called Gates Wildlife Control - were immediately helped and had someone out within a few hours - amazing ! Nick did a thorough outside inspection, he was very knowledgeable and just a really nice guy. Unfortunately, he felt it might be mice which they do not remove. He then gave us suggestions to remedy the problem. All this at no charge - very impressive. We would not hesitate to call/recommend Gates Wildlife Control in the future.

    pest removal

    we had heard some noises in the attic and were worried it was either a racoon from the park or squirrels deciding to use the attic as their home. When Joel arrived he immediately checked the roof for an entry point and he found the squirrel had chewed through the roof vent. He then went into the attic and found the nest of three tiny squirrels, Mom must have been out. He safely removed them, replaced the vent and put guards on all 7 vents. He then left the babies attached to the vent so Mom could retrieve them. Joel came back the next day and Mom had indeed picked up her brood. An excellent result all round.

    Racoon Investigation

    I noticed a possible animal infestation on my outside porch roof. I contacted Gates who arranged a technician visit. The technician informed me of what his plan of action was, the work was carried out promptly and in an excellent manner, my damaged siding was also repaired which I did not think would be included. Excellent service.

    Raccoon removal

    Highly humane and professional company. We couldn’t be happier with the service. They also have an excellent YouTube channel, which shows exactly how they work. Fortunately, the raccoon in our garage didn’t have any babies. She hasn’t been back since they checked and patched her entryways. They checked for a nest, patched the spots she was was using to get in, and then came back two days later to double-check that the raccoon wasn’t coming back or trying to get into a nest. If you want the job done right, this is a company to call.

    Excellent Staff and Service

    I had a red squirrel in my attic so I called Gates Wildlife Control thanks to a recommendation from family. The staff were polite, fast, efficient, and informative. They explained the problem, did all the work required on the same day, and even did a follow-up to ensure my attic was critter-free. I would absolutely use them again should I even have any other wildlife problems.

    Wildlife Control

    We had raccoons in our attic, that entered through the roof. Gates made it so easy to book the apt. They came the next day and took care of the problem. They were honest, kind, respectful and made us feel they had everything under control. We didn't have to worry about a thing. Their price was accurate and fair. There were not surprises with other hidden costs after the work was done. They were upfront about the base price and what additional costs we may have to look at after their inspection. They also provide an inspection and quote at no charge. Most companies don't offer this.

    Removal of Squirrels from our Attic

    Gates was very professional and explained everything that they were going to do. In addition to removing the family of squirrels from our attic and fixing the hole that they came in they fixed areas of our roof where animals had been pulling off our shingles. Really professional and would recommend them.

    Humane critter removal

    I have used gates wildlife ever since toronto wildlife recommended them to me 15 years ago. Great job and I love their warranty. I recommend them for all wildlife issues.

    Great service!

    Gates wildlife came the same day, and solved the problem on the spot - squirrels in the attic. Great service and followup. Very happy with the service and would highly recommend.

    Racoon Removal from Attic

    I kept hearing noises from the attic and discovered I had a not so friendly racoon. I immediately called Gates having used them before and knowing how responsive and effective they are. Upon making my phone call, I was able to get immediate support from Brad and Nick - both were great. Nick, in particular, went way above and beyond my expectations to diagnose the situation. He thoroughly inspected the attic, the roof and used an infrared scanner to precisely locate mommy racoon and her babies. He then strategically opened a spot on the roof/soffit to gently coax the mom out, while he rescued the 3 baby racoons and left them in heated box for mom to reunite later that night. My roof and soffits have been repaired (better than before), no more sleepless nights, and racoon family is back together - thankfully at another den and not my roof. The entire process was simply remarkable. I highly recommend using Nick and the Gates crew - good people and experts at their craft. They are serious about your satisfaction being guaranteed.
