    Quick Professional Service

    I had squirrels in the attic (noises heard especially at night), called Gate Wildlife, came the next day, assesses the damage, proposed a plan and it worked. Squirrels got in by chewing through my plastic vent. Gate Wildlife add wire mesh coverings to my 6 vents, one with an escape hatch to allow any squirrel to get out but not in. Technician came back once and confirmed squirrels left. Tested again a few days with no more evidence of squirrels. Success. The technician was excellent in explaining things and did a great job. Note, Gate Wildlife was here 14 years ago to deal with baby racoons after the Mom tore a hole through my roof. Roof did need to be replaced as it was weak, so I did that at the same time. I recommend this company.

    Very Professional

    Squirrels in roof

    Squirrels ripped off a piece of soffit at the very peak of the roof. Joel was able to repair the soffit, seal the hole, install a trap and evict them. Then removed the trap once the critters were gone. Added features, Joel installed wire around the roof vents, and took care of a few additional issues he found up there. Friendly, great customer-focused service. Having unwanted pets is not fun but Gates was a pleasure to deal with.

    Racoon and squirrel issue

    I had a racoon in my chimney and a squirrel in my garage (separate building from the house). Joe is excellent and I think he solved both issues. I know he'll be back if the issues aren't solved. I would recommend Gates anytime!

    Critters in Walls

    Had an issue with something in our walls making a commotion - contacted Gates and while it took a few days to get our schedule aligned I eventually had Joe out who did a thorough inspection of our property, identifying a few possible points of entry and setting up one way doors. As well as rodent proofing a few potential entry points. He was very friendly and clearly explained every step. He followed up with two additional visits until it was determined that it was actually mice not squirrels as we suspected. He was able to deal with the problem with some traps and the service was concluded to our satisfaction.

    Assessment and Resolution of Roof Issues

    Nick was sent to assess the roof damaged by ravenous raccoons. True to Gates Wildlife Control's promise, Nick arrived promptly at the premises and assessed the problem. With his upbeat and enthusiastic attitude, he indicated that he had some time before his next appointment and would be happy to resolve the problemwhich he did. What a delight to have someone bringing such professionalism and enthusiasm to the job!

    Small Animals Pest Control (Squirrel, Raccoon & Possum)
    Was very concerned about raccoons in the roof. Noticed droppings on the roof and around. Gates Wildlife responded to my request, I spoke with Tara who immediately, set up an appointment date and the very personable gentleman named Nick visited my home on the appointed day to assess the situation. He surveyed the surrounding area, the roof and all point that would be entry points for raccoons. Thankfully he declared the roof to be in good condition, no sign of entry and did not charge for the visit. An honest, responsible company that I highly endorse and recommend.

    Raccoon Tales

    2 separate experiences with Gates Wildlife dealing with raccoons. Both visits were handled professionally. Joel investigated when we were convinced we had an animal in our walls, but it turned out to be only on the outside of the house. Joel was thorough and did not charge us for the visit. Second issue was regarding a raccoon thought to be sick. Patrick was knowledgeable and assessed the situation. The animal was not sick, and Patrick dealt with it professionally and humanely - he did not harm the animal, encouraged it to leave our property, and the animal left unharmed. It was the best possible outcome as we did not want the animal harmed or relocated if it wasn't sick. Our mistake but we were relieved by the outcome.

    Squirrel is in Attic

    Squirrels were living in my attic, having parties at 1 am, 2 am...4 am. dancing around n scratching the floor of the attic. I was too tired to join them so called AAA Gates to get them out! They were quick in getting rid of these unwanted guests!

    Racoon on Roof

    I had a racoon tearing a hole in my roof through the shingles and plywood. Chris came out an assess the damage and identified a few more areas of damage. He was very knowledgable and gave great advice. He fixed all of the areas and added wire protection in a few more. I am very happy with the work done and the responsiveness of the company. I would highly recommend Chris and Gates Wildlife Control!!
