    Raccoon refugee

    A raccoon and one of her mostly grown babies decided to chew a big hole under our deck to set up their winter habitat. We did not think they would pay enough rent to cover the damage done, so we called Gates Wildlife Control. They came quickly, created a one way trap door to allow the animals to leave, and now that the job is done the company sealed up the hole in a tidy way so none will come back to that place. Hurrah. Thanks.

    Squirrel removal

    They came quickly, found the squirrel entrance and closed it with a 1 year guarantee... pleasant, professional and quick!

    Wildlife removal

    Their service was quick and the serviceman was well informed. We were disappointed that they could not capture and remove the animal as their website implies. We found the service expensive despite the seniors discount.

    Creature between floors of our house

    We had been hearing creature noises not knowing if it was a raccoon, squirrel or mouse. Called a different company and they didn’t see any breach on the roof nor in the attic. Said it was probably something periodically on the roof that we were hearing. The noise continued and we called AAA Gates based on the excellent reviews. It only took Blair a few minutes to find the entry point to a space between two floors in the house. He set a one way door out and put guards on the other three corners. He came back twice to make sure the red squirrel was out, removed the door and put a guard up. We were very impressed with Blair’s knowledge and professionalism and would definitely recommend this company.

    Raccoon Removal

    Thank you to Jake and Peter for removing our resident raccoon. We had called 2 other pest/wildlife removal without success. They were not deterred by the fact that we have a 2 1/2 story building. Raccoon gone, hole in roof repaired. The best. Valarie Laforge

    Raccoon in the attic and permanent closure of possible re-entry

    Justin is punctual. He made a one-way door in order for the raccoon to go out of our attic. He covered all the possible re-entry points such as the corners where the soffit and faschia met and the vents. He did it neatly. We waited for 5 days or until the noise is gone. Justin came back and covered the torn faschia. He covered the torn faschia neatly. The metal mesh are neatly screwed that it doesn’t look bad at all. My husband are really happy with the service and will definitely recommend them.

    Investigation/elimination of possible wildlife infestation

    Chris from Gates attended my address to inspect for wildlife invaders (which I believed to be raccoons, as I had seen and heard them repeatedly). He went up the ladder and immediately found an obvious opening (obvious to him!). He did a complete inspection of the roof, including my neighbour's side (we're in a semi). The opening at the front of the house was the only entry point. Chris offered his solution which I approved of. A one way door was installed on the entry point, baited, and the area deodorized. All roof vents were meshed. I had a lot of questions, Chris had a lot of answers including advice and information concerning my attic space going forward. He really put my mind at ease. All work was completed in a timely and profession manner. Approximately one week later Chris returned to examine the one way door and established no wildlife activity and replaced it with a nice, solid mesh attachment. Knock on wood, now I feel bulletproof. Very pleased with Gates' service and superior job by Chris.

    Wildlife removal from roof

    Nick was courteous and careful. I had squirrels making their way in through an old, unused, vertical flue that was was linked with my neighbour through decay. They had made their way into the ceiling under my flat roof. He informed me of the connection between the two flues and provided the seal and 1 way door on the exterior. he also dealt with another nest of squirrels in my soffit vent on my dormer. He informed me of the process, dealt with my work schedule and was able to send pictures and receipts so I didn't need to be home. Gates came back after a couple of days to ensure that all rodents were out and left me a note as such. The timeliness, care and price are all reasons why I would recommend Gates again.

    Best Company ever

    I requested a quote to check if there is something in my attic, Chris Came to my house and checked the roof and explained to me that the issues came from metal roof Chris Muller was very professional honest with me. He advised me to call the roof company to block the edge gaps Thank you very Much Chris for your advises Thanks, Sameh
