    Raccoon removal

    A raccoon took up residence in our roof. We called a number of removal services but ended up going with Gates Wildlife. They removed the animal, sealed the entry point, repaired the animal's damage and cleaned up. They were professional, courteous and punctual. The final price was the same as the estimate, which was the same as what was quoted over the phone initially. The work is excellent quality and they guarantee it for a year. I will only recommend Gates Wildlife, not any of the other companies I spoke with, to friends, family and colleagues.

    Raccoon & babies removal

    We called Gates after our dissatisfaction with another company claiming 'years' of experience that still hadn't resolved the problem 10 days later! We received same day service with Nick the technician arriving on time. He was courteous, thorough and put our mind at ease right away. He safely and humanely removed the babies from our attic, knew how to coax out the mother & seal all possible entry points. All done within a couple hours! We hope we don't have this problem again but if we do we won't waste any time with another company - we know who to call!!

    Squirrel removal

    Bird Nest Removal and Clean up

    I previously had a very negative experience removing another bird nest (a company I cannot recall, via Kijiji) which resulted in a follow up visit from an exterminator and a several hour cleanup leaving 1 bathroom unusable. Unfortunately I had another bird get in another vent (near the previous one) and felt very stressed given my past experience. I did some research this time via BBB and found Gates Wildlife Control (which had an A+ rating and a significant amount of positive feedback). Nick, the technician who supported me, was absolutely fantastic to deal with (appointment was 830am, he was there 15 mins early at least). He talked me through the process and did a very thorough job. Additionally, he gave me some piece of mind by checking out my other outside vents to validate their security as well as following up on the previous job that I had done. It's never fun having your home invaded by animals but it was a pleasant experience dealing with Nick and Gates company. The support desk is also very courteous and knowledgeable and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who is experiencing pest issues (they are also very humane).

    animal control

    We called Gates Wildlife Removal when we found a squirrel nesting in one of our bedrooms. The customer service rep at Gates Wildlife (Dan, I think) was very helpful and assured me they could have a technician out that same day. He ensured I was aware of the emergency call fee, as did Boris (technician) when he arrived. Boris called ahead to advise that he was on his way. Boris safely and quickly removed the Mom-To-Be and released her outside to find a new home for her family. Boris then climbed to the roof to examine and seal off the chimney, where she had come in. Boris was friendly, professional and quite knowledgeable. We were very pleased with Boris' work and would recommend Gates Wildlife to anyone having a similar problem. I should add that we were quite prepared to pay the extra cost for the emergency response, even more so when we learned the very pregnant squirrel was ready to deliver her babies at any time!

    Removal of squirrels in home

    I would not hesitate to recommend Gates Wildlife Control to anyone. They are honest and hard working! They even came the next day after a huge snowstorm and climbed my three story home to set up a one way door so the squirrels could exit safely! Thanks to everyone who helped us!

    squirrel removal

    Called Gates Wildlife and they came out the next day. The quote was clear and fair. The ice and snow kept them from doing the job that day. I value their safety overall. Justin and Blake came and screened all problem areas. Tony was back to remove the one way door. No harm to squirrels and now we can sleep at night. Amazing group effort to everyone including customer service.

    Squirrel Removal

    Dan Nolan arrived within one hour of contacting him. He removed a squirrel from our fireplace without harm and fixed the problem with the fireplace...he was amazing! Would definitely call again!

    Squirrel Removal

    My home was invaded by some incredibly stubborn squirrels. I called Gates, based on their video and reviews, where it was obvious that they were compassionate to the animals, and did quality work to keep them out of the house. And they did NOT disappoint. They came exactly when they said they would, they were extremely respectful of the neighbor's properties, and worked very quickly, Joel had to come back several times because the little monsters created a new door for themselves and every single time he was very pleasant to deal with. The price was absolutely reasonable and I would not hesitate to recommend Gates to anyone that has a wildlife issue. Now I just need to get used to the angry stares through the window by the neighborhood squirrels.

    Home Inspection

    I had a schedule on Dec 9, 2013 with AAA Gate’s Wildlife Control for a technician to come to my home to do some inspection outside of the house. It is a snow day, but Nick arrived at site on time, he climbed up to the roof of my house and did a very good check. He was very nice and patient, he behaved very professionally. I was very satisfied with his services and work attitude. Thank you very much Nick.
